A: There is a limit of 25 emails per PDF file, but there is no limit on the number of times you use the site or the number of PDF files you create.

Q: "Why I cannot log in with my Gmail account?"

A: If you are sure that the email and passoword are correct and you still unable log in, there is a chance that gmail sent you a warning email telling you about third party access from our service. In order to be able to use EmailExporter, you first have to confirm that it was you who tried to access your account from a third-party service and Google will let you log into our service from then on. Q: "Why I receive 'Exceeded the login limit for a 15 minute period?' error?"

A: This is very common on Hotmail because they do not allow less than 15 minutes for the the client to refresh or update when you’ve attempted to login with incorrect details. So, if you receive this, please come back 15 minutes later and try to login again with correct credentials.

Q: "Why are some emails not displaying from my account?"

A: Some email providers support only POP3 instead of IMAP (eg: msn.com). Being a basic protocol, it does not filter emails by folders in most situations, therefore you can only access emails from your Inbox for now. Moving emails back into your inbox should cause the emails to display and be available for export. If only one single email is displaying, please contact us.
