It contains Asp18-His259.[Uniprot |P20138-1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 29.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method.
