Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human Her2/ErbB2 Domain 4 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 18.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 28-40 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
