Product Name :
Recombinant Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 Protein,His-Avi Tag

Description :
Source Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the N-terminal. It contains Arg100-Leu233(NKG2A)&Ser34-Ile179(CD94).[Accession |P26715-1(NKG2A)&Q13241-1(CD94)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (CD94)&18.3 kDa (NKG2A). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 33-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGEandHPLC Activity ELISA Data:Immobilized Anti-NKG2A Antibody, hFc Tag at 1g/ml (100l/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94, His Tag with the EC50 of 0.11g/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Storage :
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

MedChemExpress (MCE) recombinant proteins include: cytokines, enzymes, growth factors, hormones, receptors, transcription factors, antibody fragments, etc. They are often essential for supporting cell growth, stimulating cell signaling pathways, triggering or inhibiting cell differentiation; and are useful tools for elucidating protein structure and function, understanding disease onset and progression, and validating pharmaceutical targets. At MedChemExpress (MCE), we strive to provide products with only the highest quality. Protein identity, purity and biological activity are assured by our robust quality control and assurance procedures.
