It contains Ala25-Ser116 (FSH alpha) & Asn19-Glu129 (FSH beta).[Accession | P01215(FSH alpha)&P01225 (FSH beta)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 10.20 kDa (FSH alpha) and 39.2 kDa (FSH beta). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-30 kDa (FSH alpha) and 50-60 kDa (FSH beta) based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method.
