Molecular Weight Approximately 16.5 kDa. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Endotoxin 0.1EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from a 0.2 m filtered concentrated solution in PBS. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Dissolve lyophilized protein with PBS to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 ug/mL.Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first usedand avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
