Product Name :
Recombinant Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 Protein,Avi Tag

Description :
Synonyms TGFB3; LAP;TGF-beta-3; ARVD1 Source Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Ala301-Ser412.[Accession | P10600-1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 14.53 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 15-20 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TGF-beta RII, mFc Tag at 0.5g/ml (100l/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3, Avi Tag with the EC50 of 6.4ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in 4mM HCl. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 4mM HCl.
