It contains Ser32-Ser355.[Accession | Q13641] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 62.08 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-105 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TPBG, hFc Tag at 0.5g/ml (100l/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-TPBG Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 26.8ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended.
