It contains Gln19-Asn160.[Accession | B3Y6B0] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 17.97 kDa same as SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in 4mM HCL. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 4mM HCL.
