Product Name :
Recombinant Rat CD36/SR-B3 Protein,His Tag

Description :
Synonyms CD36; FAT; FATCHDS7; GPIIIb; GPIV; PAS IV; PAS-4; SCARB3; SRB3; SR-B3; BDPLT10; CHDS7; GP3B Source Rat CD36/SR-B3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus. It contains Gly30-Lys439.[Accession | Q07969] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 47.46 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Rat CD36, His Tag at 0.5g/ml (100l/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CD36 Antibody, Rabbit IgG Tag with the EC50 of 7.9ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22 m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Storage :
1.The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

MedChemExpress (MCE) recombinant proteins include: cytokines, enzymes, growth factors, hormones, receptors, transcription factors, antibody fragments, etc. They are often essential for supporting cell growth, stimulating cell signaling pathways, triggering or inhibiting cell differentiation; and are useful tools for elucidating protein structure and function, understanding disease onset and progression, and validating pharmaceutical targets. At MedChemExpress (MCE), we strive to provide products with only the highest quality. Protein identity, purity and biological activity are assured by our robust quality control and assurance procedures.
