Product Name :
Biotinylated Human CD7 Protein, His-Avi Tag
Description :
FAQ COA 已发表文献 CD7, also known as Leu-9, is an approximately 40 kDa glycosylated and palmitoylated transmembrane protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. Mature human CD7 consists of a 155 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD), a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 39 aa cytoplasmic domain. Within the ECD, human CD7 shares 43% and 41% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CD7, respectively. CD7 is expressed on T cells, NK cells, myeloid progenitor cells, and CD19+ B progenitor cells. Among CD8+ T cells, the CD7-bright population preferentially contains nave and memory cells, while more weak expressors are primarily effector cells. It also enhances integrin-mediated adhesion of these cells to Fibronectin, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 . CD7 additionally mediates the Galectin-1 induced apoptosis of T cells and facilitates the fusion of HIV-1 with target cells. 产品性质 Synonyms CD7 molecule; CD7; LEU-9; Tp40; TP41; GP40 Uniprot No. P09564 Source Recombinant Biotinylated Human CD7 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ala26-Pro180. Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 19.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 34-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC Endotoxin 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100g/mLis recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
