It contains Pro2-Pro531.[Accession | NP_001240812.1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 58.95 kDa same as SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl (pH 7.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
